RESERVATION POLICIES FOR INDIVIDUALS

To confirm your reservation, please follow these steps:

1.- Gather all required information.
2.- Make the full payment for your stay using any of the following payment methods:

– Deposit in USD to the account of Turismo y Convenciones, S.A. de C.V. Bancomer cta. 0142854783 Plaza 001 Suc.0843/ Account Clabe 012 180 001 428 547 832.
– Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards: by calling +(52) 55 51 48 75 11 to complete the process. By email: CARLOS AGUIRRE caguirre@tycgroup.com

3.- In case of bank deposits, send proof of payment specifying your name and the name of the event: III FEMINIST FOREIGN POLICY SUMMIT to the email: caguirre@tycgroup.com

Afterwards, please call +(52) 55 51 48 75 11 to confirm receipt and receive your reservation number.

4. – Only cancellations in writing will be accepted until May 15, 2024, for a refund of the received deposit. Failure to do so by the specified date will result in a charge for late cancellation (full stay).

5.- After May 15, 2024, any cancellation will incur a charge for the full stay.

6.- Name changes will only be accepted in writing until June 10, 2024; no changes will be accepted after this date.

7.- Early departures will incur a charge for the full stay.

8.- No Show: Total charge for the full stay.

To confirm your reservation, please follow these steps:

1.- Request your quote by email to Carlos Aguirre (caguirre@tycgroup.com), specifying:
– Number of required rooms.
– Check-in and check-out dates.
– Chosen room type.

2.- Confirm and/or request the change of your quote to Carlos Aguirre, via email.

3.- Make full payment for the total stay of your rooms to guarantee the reservation, using any of the following payment methods:
